I am an Alberta artist and photographer with a deep passion for oil painting and mixed media. My work is a celebration of Canada’s stunning local beauty, where I frequently use my photography as inspiration for my paintings to capture the essence of light and color.
My artistic exploration takes me through the stories of prairie skies, urban landscapes, majestic mountains, childhood adventures and whimsical animal characters. I paint with oil and mixed media to create dynamic compositions, constantly seeking unique perspectives that engage the viewer. I am a Calgary born artist and photographer. My passion is painting with oil and playing with mixed media. I am inspired by bright colourful sunrises, sunsets, big prairie skies, captivating mountains, interesting animal characters and children adventures. I am happy to take on commissions to create something unique for you.
I equally love photography and photographing families at various stages in their life and creating unique business portraits of people. I would love to work with you to create some special memories. My motto in a family session is to have fun and to create a mixture of authentic and classic photos for your family to cherish for years.

Canada’s landscapes inspire my paintings—vast skies stretching endlessly above captivating mountains shaped by time. Light and color shift constantly, from soft dawn hues to bold, dramatic sunsets, guiding each brushstroke.
Through my work, I try to capture not just the view, but the feeling—the quiet stories of the land and sky, and the sense of being part of something vast and timeless.

I’m drawn to the laughter, curiosity, and quiet in-between scenes that shape who we are. My abstract work is inspired by a different close-up perspective of nature, playing with colours and shapes.
PRINTS
All of my fine art prints on printed on 100% cotton rag high quality paper. I make my prints to fit standard size frames ranging from 8 x 10 up to 18 x 24 inch frames.
